  • Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.
  • Timeline extensions may occur if scope changes or delays are caused by the client.

3. Payments

  • Payment terms will be defined per project.
  • Work may begin only after initial payment (if applicable).
  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Sentinel Infotech are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital and custom development services, once work has started, refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide required content, assets, and information on time
  • Review work and provide feedback promptly
  • Ensure they have rights to any content they provide

Delays from the client side may affect delivery timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Final project ownership is transferred to the client only after full payment is received.
  • Sentinel Infotech reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sentinel Infotech is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses
  • Website downtime caused by third-party services
  • Security breaches beyond reasonable control

8. Third-Party Tools & Services

Projects may include third-party tools, plugins, or services.

We are not responsible for:

  • Changes in third-party pricing
  • Service interruptions from third-party providers

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Payments are not completed
